Najmeh Rahnama is a highly skilled professional counsellor who supports individuals, couples, and families across a wide range of emotional and relational challenges. She holds membership with the Australian Counselling Association, with a strong foundation in behavioural science.
Najmeh is passionate about empowering her clients to build lasting inner strength and self-awareness. She helps clients navigate complex emotional landscapes such as stress, anxiety, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to meet her clients’ unique needs and values, within a highly supportive space. Najmeh’s goal is not to keep clients in long-term therapy, but to help them develop confidence, insight, and practical tools to move forward with clarity and connection.
Najmeh brings a collaborative presence to her work and integrates a range of evidence-based approaches into her practice—including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and the Gottman Method. Using these, she creates a space that allows clients to build resilience, deepen their connections, and move toward a more fulfilling and balanced life.
