Elliot Cyngler is a qualified and experienced counsellor, supporting adolescents, adults, couples, and families for a wide range of presenting issues. Elliot prides himself on being highly impactful, has been in practice for many years, and holds membership with the Australian Counselling Association.
Elliot is a compassionate practitioner who listens and gives his clients the appropriate time needed to address their issues without pressure or judgement. He works collaboratively with clients, to identify their needs. He is client-focused and goal-oriented, and his methods generate a supportive, dynamic environment which allows him to get to the heart of the issues for his clients. Elliot draws on a variety of therapeutic tools and methods with which he effectively caters to fit with each individuals’ needs.
As Elliot believes that each client is unique, He therefore employs a number of diverse methods of counselling to suit, such as; Mindfulness, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Emotionally Focussed Therapy and Drama Therapy. He also draws on a variety of tailor-made resources to help his clients.
Elliot guides each client through the counselling process and ensures that he remains with them until the journey’s end.
