support people with their Mental Health. We've brought together a contact list
of useful links to help you find all the support that's available right at your
finger tips to change and recover.
We offer these resources when we have a caller in immediate severe emotional distress who would benefit from short term and immediate crisis support. Often we will provide a longer term option through our service, but complement that support with access short term to one of these crisis support lines.
